Memorial Day Monday so I expected holiday charges when the heater bib rusted through. But there were none. I was also surprised to get morning evaluation and afternoon installation that same Memorial Day. Installation and modifications to my second heater (they were in parallel) were exact to my request. Great customer service from all involved. Editing my 5 star review down to 3 here. They are very responsive but very expensive. While installing and modifying my water heaters to code, they tested or used the pressure release valve on the 4 year old unit. It has been dripping ever since and got worse when I tried to flush it. Jacob is awesome. He got here quickly and did a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue. He clearly explained what was needed and was transparent on pricing. Will def call again when I need a plumber
