Radiant Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electrical

My a/c unit wasn't cooling my house this afternoon. I called Radiant, at 2:30pm and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. They called back within 15 minutes and asked if a technician could come today. By 4:45pm he had arrived, diagnosed and repaired the unit! The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and professional! This is why I continue to use Radiant for my a/c, plumbing and electrical needs!

Had a leaky overflow on our water heater and called for repair (Radiant did not do the installation of the unit) because we were unsure how much damage was done and if it was an emergency. Radiant was quick to get us on the schedule. Logan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to get us working again. Gave us good tips for what to watch for and made sure everything was safe. I'll definitely recommend Radiant, and while I hope we don't need any more repairs soon they'd be the first to call.

Matt Ford with Radiant was truly pleasant to work with. He explained clearly what was needed and provided 4 estimates so I could decide what worked best for me. He came on the scheduled day and time and performed the work himself. Matt is professional, pleasant and efficient and I appreciate how easy he was to work with.

My AC is fixed and blowing cold air ! I thought I’d be on a long waiting list, but I called Radiant at 4:45 p.m. yesterday . They are efficient , always kind and get the job done!

Isaac and the team were incredibly helpful throughout this entire process. They were extremely prompt and responsive, sending people out right away when I was having issues and needed quotes for repairs. They also quickly sent a technician out to help with an interim solution while we wait to install a new system, which was such a huge help. I really appreciated how willing they were to work within my budget while still being honest and thorough about my options. Their communication and responsiveness at all hours of the day made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Highly recommend!

Jeff Hicks did an amazing job addressing things from my water heater, to installing my new shower head, while addressing any and all concerns I had. I will be recommending him to all of my friends with any issues in the future.

Troy completed my AC service today and he did a great job. Fixed all our issues and I even signed up for their membership so I can get regular maintainance.
