Continuously rescheduling saying there’s nothing they can do. My house is getting into minimum high 80s during the day, and I tried stressing this to them but there’s nothing they can do, due to workload. The riddle I’d like answered is why are you folks booking over the capacity of your workforce, and making your customers boil inside their homes past the date you scheduled? You need better project management or whoever the hell is handling the tech scheduling. Your folks that come out may be amazing, but your admin is atrocious.
