We had a small gas leak, I called Queen Plumbing. Steven came out and had our issue fixed within 20 minutes. I have never had such fast service. Steven is the ideal plumber: he (and his partner) investigated various potential sources of two leaky faucets. He was patient, explained thoroughly why he was making the recommendation for the work to be done. What was fair was that he didn't charge me for the consultation and there was no pressure for him to do the work, I was welcome to get another opinion. I'm very happy with the work that was done. Queen plumbing did a great job on a same day job for a toilet that was leaking water all over our floor. They were able to fix it quickly before we had family visiting and I would recommend them highly!

Steven and John worked on my basement toilet with persistence and with a positive attitude. Steven is the owner, operator. He is really knowledgable. Steven also has great listening skills and experienced at treating the customer right. I was pleased with the options he also shared to do a couple of maintenance projects which I already had on my list while they were at the house. That was super helpful as well. Steven was also happy to discuss issues on the phone and was extremely responsive over text as well. I will keep him at the top of my list for future plumbing projects.
