Water heater died right before Christmas, Oh no. Steven at Queen Plumbing had a great response time. Answered all my questions I had about replacing the water heater. Quoted me a fair price. He was out the next available time slot even working around my schedule. Arrived early, quickly and professionally completed the job. Results speak for themselves. I’ll be using Queen Plumbing for any future jobs.

Best plumber ever. Steve was quick getting back to me and providing an estimate. Work was scheduled within a few days. Upon arrival, work was done neatly and quickly. Steve had estimated 1/2 day and nearly to the minute he was right on the estimate. Steve completed all work correctly and tested. Later, I decided I wanted the valve done differntly. This involved some research for getting parts that would fit the confined space I had for competing the valve work. Steve was back, again within a few days. He had found the parts and was ready to go. Again, work was completed neatly and quickly. Going forward, Queen Plumbing is my plumber!

Queen Plumbing recently replaced a leaking plumbing stack in my new house and I couldn’t have asked for better service. From the initial estimate through the work and close out, Steven was a true professional. His work was competitively priced and he was able to start immediately following the first inspection, despite it being a holiday. I will be using Queen Plumbing for all my future needs and recommending them to friends and family without any reservations. 5 Stars!

If you are looking for an excellent plumber for your home projects, I highly recommend Steven and his crew. Great service from Queen Plumbing. We had multiple issues with sewer gas in the house. Steven and John worked on my basement toilet with persistence and with a positive attitude. Steven is the owner, operator. He is really knowledgable. Steven was absolutely incredible to work with. He fixed every issue I’d been struggling with for weeks in like five minutes, which honestly felt like magic. He was extremely flexible with scheduling and timing, and went above and beyond by trying different parts to make sure everything worked perfectly. If you want something done right and without stress, Steven is 100% the guy—I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Great to work with, super friendly. Showed me exactly what needed to be done. He finished earlier than estimated and thus adjusted my bill to reflect the reduced level of effort needed. Will certainly use Queen Plumbing again and highly recommend.
