I would highly recommend hiring them as they have so good to me and my house. Namely their biggest positive is their field supervisor Dillon. He is tremendous, super friendly and really knows his stuff, you can tell. Their pricing is more than fair and they do an incredible job and I really felt like Dillon was looking out for me and wanted the best result for the repair to my house. Thank you Dillon!

Willard Plumbing quoted me $1k and wanted to cut a hole in my wall. Pure told me what the real issue was and solved it for a 1/4th of the price. Be like Pure.

I am a long time customer of Pure Plumbing and they are great! They replaced 2 bathroom faucets and I signed up (again) for the Pure Plan (1970s house, lots of plumbing issues). Their prices are very reasonable. They notify you when they are coming, show up on time, give accurate estimates, keep you informed, are knowledgeable, polite and neat. Fantastic!

I've used Pure Plumbing on three occasions and while I've been satisfied with their work, I now realize they are among the most expensive plumbers. Shower repair job more than tripled in price from start to finish from $625 to $1,906.56. On another occasion, I was quoted $1,190 for a new Kohler toilet. I got another quote for the toilet and did it for $600 instead. Accepted estimate of $625 for replacing shower cartridge quoted as a shower rebuild. Technician Daron Branch replaced the cartridge, but recommended pivoting to installing a new shower valve. Job became $1,796 plus $110.56 for parts for the attempt to replace the cartridge, totaling $1,906.56. I've since found plumbers who also do excellent work at less than half the price. Do your due diligence and get a quote from at least one competitor before accepting any estimate from Pure Plumbing.

One of their drivers cut me off twice in 30 seconds on 30 in Greenville. Still right behind him 17 minutes later so it must not be that important.
