Steve and Mason are the best!!! Mason came out same day to take a look at my refrigerator that couldn’t stay cold. Ultimately, I decided to get a new fridge. The inventory at premier appliance solutions is top notch. I couldn’t find a better price anywhere else (trust me I looked🤣). Steven helped me pick out a new fridge and delivered it same day. Amazing customer service. These guys are running a wonderful business. I never make reviews but had to give these guys a shoutout!! If you need new appliances this is the place to go!!

Purchased both a dryer and dishwasher with installation at the same time. Communication was great, prices were awesome, and everything was complete extremely timely. Very happy with results.

Mason was able to come out same day- and it wasn't until around noon that I contacted them - and quickly diagnose the issue. On top of that, he had the replacement part he needed in his truck so was able to fix it right away! Fantastic experience overall, am happy to have a great local appliance repair shop nearby now and will definitely use them again going forward.

No pressure when I called about fixing my appliance versus buying new. Ultimately I went with a new dryer instead of fixing the old, but Steven and Mason would have done either for me. Mason and Steven from Premier are TOP NOTCH!!! My LG French door fridge was on the fritz. I was frantic at thought of having to buy a new fridge. A friend knew Mason, contacted him and he called me within 30 minutes (at 9 pm I might add). Talk about prompt service. I knew Premier also sold appliances but Mason assured me that their 1st priority was to fix.. replacement was last resort. Set up appt for next morning…We discussed common issues with LG; Mason did some work on problem he detected on back of fridge and suggested we take a wait and see approach. Put some new items in freezer to see if anything happened. Talked to Steven about replacement if necessary and he again reiterated their commitment to repair…no pressure to Buy, Buy, Buy. He agreed to forward me pics/info on available options. I was ready to pull the trigger on new fridge but at end of day noticed that items I had put in freezer were freezing. Called Steven and he was more elated than I was. I wanted another day to see if fix was permanent and he was ok with that…would hold fridge I was interested in. Well a nominal service call fee turned into a permanent fix. Mason and Steven should be the “Poster Men” for supporting small businesses. They’re prompt, efficient, courteous and hands down provide to absolute best customer service.
