Very friendly and made the experience so easy for me. New washing machine. Called at 10am and had it delivered and installed by noon.

So I don’t know up and downs of appliances but I messaged Mason and within 24 hours he had me up and running with quality units. I didn’t even need to be there. Thank you Mason for making me not feel stupid in the process and making sure everything is perfect!

Steve and Mason were amazing! My Maytag dryer sounded like it was taking off it was so loud, so I called and Steve got me on the schedule right away. He even said just from how I described it that he probably knew what was wrong (he turned out to be right!). Mason came out the next day and got everything fixed up and even cleaned the dryer better than it was before! Highly recommend this team if you’ve got an appliance on the fritz! So nice to be able to get something fixed instead of just an expensive replacement!

Mason and Steven from Premier are TOP NOTCH!!! My LG French door fridge was on the fritz. I was frantic at thought of having to buy a new fridge. A friend knew Mason, contacted him and he called me within 30 minutes (at 9 pm I might add). Talk about prompt service. I knew Premier also sold appliances but Mason assured me that their 1st priority was to fix.. replacement was last resort.
