We LOVE our pool fence! A pool fence was a non-negotiable for us. Jason was our tech and he was phenomenal!!! Our fence looks absolutely beautiful and gives us additional peace of mind. We didn’t want the fence to take away from the aesthetic of our backyard and PoolSafe delivered! Jason took his time answering our questions and meticulously installed everything so perfectly! We are beyond pleased!

An accident happened and it caused the tracks that were installed with my new pool cover to pull out of the side of the pool. One phone call got me a house call that resulted in replacing the screws. Great service.

The technician Poolsafe sent to our home today was absolutely superb. Our pool cover had become stuck in a partially open position, but he quickly diagnosed and fixed the root causes. He discovered that the bolts securing the winch machinery had loosened; to ensure a permanent fix, he remounted the unit using new wall anchors. Additionally, he identified that the rope brakes had lost tension, preventing the cover from stopping correctly. After a precise adjustment, the system now operates smoothly. He truly went above and beyond to restore our cover to peak condition.

Jason was great. He originally visited my house and took the time to explain everything to me. It wasn’t my first time meeting with a company to install a pool fence. So I had a bunch of questions which he answered well. The fact that he visited in person (unlike all the other fence companies who just used google maps) and gave a quote on the spot was amazing. You can tell he’s installed a lot of fences. I made the deposit after our meeting, chose a date, had to reschedule due to rain but he was there the next day. We ran through the layout and he began working. Only took him a few hours and it turned out great. Highly recommend Jason and Pool Safe!

We have a couple of pups and were always afraid to leave them at home by themselves for fear that they might drown in our pool. We began to look into pool covers and fences when we found Poolsafe. They were able to send Anthony just a few days later to measure and provide a quote and boy are we sure glad they did! Anthony was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived right on time and was able to provide us with a quote in about 15 minutes! We were blown away with how affordable this fence was going to be & we were also very happy to know that he was the same person who would be coming back to install the fence. After a phone call to the office the initial payment was made, and we had Anthony’s scheduled to come back a week later to install the fence! We were even more impressed with Anthony on the second visit. He spent so much time with us discussing all of our options, talking about all the specifics of how we would like him to install it. He gave us his professional opinion, but also worked to custom taylor a plan that we were absolutely excited about! We went with a 4 ft fence and he recommended the beige color which we absolutely love! We have two gates in order to access the pool from either side. We even got to customize which way the gates opened! Anthony was fast, efficient, and very detailed oriented. The way he followed the shape of the pool with the fence line was most impressive. There was not one crack or break in the pool deck Once he finished drilling. The fence is not too tall, so we can still see well over it (unobstructed view) while still protecting our pups! As Anthony was wrapping everything up, he was very thorough in explaining exactly how to use the gates, locks, and how to set up and take down the fence. Thank you Poolsafe and Anthony for helping us protect our pups. You love what you do and it shows in your workmanship and the way you treat your customers. This fence has finally put us at ease and the process was fast and smooth. The project was affordable and well worth every dollar (for the peace of mind alone), but the aesthetics take this fence to the next level.
