Called on a Sunday night to fix a shower faucet and had an appointment set for the next morning within minutes — complete with instant email confirmation and a follow-up call to confirm. Ricky showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and handled all paperwork digitally with electronic signing. No pressure at all; he laid out multiple options to help keep costs of valve replacement down. Professional, communicative, and customer-focused.

I have used Plumbtree twice now, and both times I was happy with their service. I called them for a laundry drain clog that urgently needed to be fixed, and they responded quickly. They sent two technicians (Anthony and Thomas) who not only cabled and flushed the drain, resolving my issue, but also did a quick general inspection - including replacing the flapper valve on my toilet (which was constantly running) and adjusted the lift chain so that it would actually flush correctly… for free! They were polite, professional, wore shoe covers without being asked, and even crawled under the house to make sure there were no leaks or anything, photographing the supply and drain sides for future reference and to gauge anything that needed to be monitored. They had documents and receipts electronically available before leaving and were generally a pleasure to work with. This past week I requested they return for an estimate to do a complete re-pipe and new water heater, among some other little issues I wanted resolved. Anthony showed up on time, was courteous and professional and spent over an hour inspecting and taking pictures and walking me through everything he was seeing, along with giving pointers and suggestions for different options available. In the end my experience has been positive and while their prices are higher than average, their service quality reflects it.
