Nahun did a great job at quickly finding a slow leak buried behind a tiled shower wall. Clearly knew what he was doing and was easy to communicate and work with. Follow up with actual repair by Ronald. Repair was quick and efficient, and even helped with a quick diagnosis of a new leak in a sink faucet that I’ll fix myself. These guys are terrific. Expensive, but welcome to San Jose.

I am a return customer. Matthew came on time. Checked the issue carefully and discussed the options with me throughly. My pressure reduce valve and manifold has been aged, rust and slowly leaking. And my garden pipe is also leaking. He replaced the manifold and pressure reduce valve. He also helped me installed the WiFi controlled garden valve. Matthew has helped me fixed all of them with his professional works. Really a high quality work.

I have used Plumbtree twice now, and both times I was happy with their service. I called them for a laundry drain clog that urgently needed to be fixed, and they responded quickly. They sent two technicians (Anthony and Thomas) who not only cabled and flushed the drain, resolving my issue, but also did a quick general inspection - including replacing the flapper valve on my toilet (which was constantly running) and adjusted the lift chain so that it would actually flush correctly… for free!
