Nathaniel from Pete the Plumbing Pro really came through for us! He was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and arrived right on time. Before coming out to our place in Dallas, he gave us a clear estimate and explained what could possibly make the cost go up, which helped us feel comfortable with the process. When Nathaniel got to work, it turned out our plumbing issue was more serious than just a simple clog. We were worried we’d have to buy a whole new toilet, but Nathaniel managed to fix it and saved us a lot of money and hassle. The service was excellent, and we’ll definitely call again for any plumbing needs!

Nathaniel, the plumber who came out, checked out the problem with my kitchen faucet and took some photos to explain what was going on. He let me know that they don’t fix mistakes made by other plumbers, but instead would need to do a full faucet installation with a brand new fixture. I totally understand and agree with their approach. Honestly, if I had called them from the start, I probably wouldn’t have had so many issues. They seem like a trustworthy and reliable plumbing company, and I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I need a plumber here in Dallas.

My mother recently had her old fiberglass tub enclosure in Dallas transformed into a walk-in, tiled shower with sliding doors and a built-in seat by a local plumbing company. This upgrade has really improved her daily routine, making showering much easier and a lot safer. I've relied on Pete the Plumbing Pro for several plumbing jobs over the years. When we had a tricky leak from our upstairs bathroom that was dripping into the kitchen, Nathaniel was able to quickly find the source and fix it. He also noticed our water pressure was much too high and recommended a new pressure regulator, which made a big difference. Barry from Pete the Plumbing Pro did an outstanding job fixing my plumbing issue. Right from the start, he listened carefully to what was going on with my pipes and quickly figured out the best way to solve the problem. With the sheetrock removed from the wall, I noticed that Barry kept his work area clean at all times, which really helped keep my home tidy, even while he was working.
