The person on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to quote a price right away. The fee for evaluation was reasonable and included in the repair price. The tech called to let us know he was coming and in how long, ❤️had shoe covers!!❤️, explained what he was doing, even helped clean a part when he saw me struggling, and was done pretty quickly.

Russell the technician completed the repair of my refrigerator. He did a thorough repair job. Russell explained in details what was wrong with my refrigerator before he started. The guy was super knowledgeable, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Turned out to be a faulty igniter module (something I definitely couldn't have fixed myself). He had the parts with him, fixed everything in under 30 mins

Very bad experience technician said he'll order some parts after 15 days no response called back never ordered anything called whirlpool company who was covering the repair they said they have no response from this company they scheduled another technician to go he came Friday after buisness hours and said he has to confirm something but office is closed he said he'll get back to me Monday morning no one called when I called she said he'll let you know after few hours he called and said repair isn't covered and I can pay out of pocket and claimed he's trying to help me they waisted my time for nothing very disappointing
