The guy was super knowledgeable, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Turned out to be a faulty igniter module (something I definitely couldn't have fixed myself). He had the parts with him, fixed everything in under 30 mins

The person on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to quote a price right away. The fee for evaluation was reasonable and included in the repair price. The tech called to let us know he was coming and in how long, ❤️had shoe covers!!❤️, explained what he was doing, even helped clean a part when he saw me struggling, and was done pretty quickly.
