On-time and professional service.

I had Next install a brand new heat pump in my condo in SF to replace an old furnace. They did a great job and price was reasonable. Some minor delays and the project ran over in terms of time but the two folks working on the project stayed late to get the job done. I would say that the only negative feedback is that the communication could have been better when delays / issues were occurring on when they would come back, etc. I had to be proactive to call their office but other than that they did an excellent job and I could not be more than happy with my new heat pump

Called them because my AC stopped working during hot weather. They came same day and fixed everything pretty fast. Tech was polite and explained what happened without trying to sell extra stuff. Price was fair too, definitely recommend these guys.

The technician came for a diagnostic inspection and was very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain the options. Their proposal was very favorable and we approved to have them do the work. Their work was very good and they returned at no fee for a for a review at our request.

Next HVAC were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and really helpful through our whole process. We got a new furnace and air conditioner installed and every touch point we had with Next HVAC was easy. These are seriously smart folks who know their systems and can answer and fix any variety of questions and problems you may have. Great team!

John arrived on time to assess if my 30 year old rangehood could be repaired. Sadly, he gave me the bad news that it must be replaced because the part needed is no longer available. But his professionalism convinced me to have HVAC install the new hood.
