I had a kitchen leak that flooded 3 rooms. I called Mr Rooter who sent Rich Bush out to my house to take a look Rich did a great job. He also gave recommendations for the brand of faucet to buy, and passed on my information to American Water Damage who were/are also really great. This way, my whole issue was resolved without me needing to contact water damage companies and hope that they're good. I'm really glad I contacted Mr Rooter and got Rich. I will definitely be using them again if needed and will ask for Rich. It's great to know that you have someone you trust that you can call when there are issues :) The whole process was as stress-free as it could be (under the circumstances).

Five stars for Dillon! He took out my old toilet, found a cracked flange underneath, and walked me through the situation honestly — keeping the cost down by only replacing what was actually needed. The new toilet went in perfectly and he was done in no time. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Reached out after 5 on a Sunday via Thumbtack app for a bathroom vanity w/faucet and shut off valve repair install. Mr Rooter contacted me in less than a minute. Scheduled service for Monday 10-12. Was contacted via text they were on the way, with name and picture of service tech provided. Rich arrived early which was great. He was professional, friendly, tidy and knowledgeable.
