Reached out after 5 on a Sunday via Thumbtack app for a bathroom vanity w/faucet and shut off valve repair install. Mr Rooter contacted me in less than a minute. Scheduled service for Monday 10-12. Was contacted via text they were on the way, with name and picture of service tech provided. Rich arrived early which was great. He was professional, friendly, tidy and knowledgeable. I was impressed with service level of work and would recommend to others. Cheers!

Five stars for Dillon! He took out my old toilet, found a cracked flange underneath, and walked me through the situation honestly — keeping the cost down by only replacing what was actually needed. The new toilet went in perfectly and he was done in no time. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing every step of the way.
