Great experience. Called with a non-working refrigerator and they sent Service Tech Shawn out the same day. He really knows his stuff and was able to diagnose the problem while being very neat and clean in the process. I definitely will call Mr. Appliance with any future Appliance issues.

Brian and Mo each came to work on a mfg warranty issue with my 1 year old fridge.. They were fantastic and both know their stuff. As a result of their expertise the mfg replaced the fridge with a new unit. thank you
