Nobody wants an everyday appliance to break down — it’s disruptive and frustrating. Thankfully, my experience with Mr. Appliance was anything but. They scheduled me quickly, and the diagnosis and repair were handled efficiently, thoroughly, and without any hassle. Mo and Paul were both professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Great that they were able to come next day, repairman arrived early, diagnosed and fixed problem quickly! Price was decidedly higher than my research would indicate though.

Timely scheduleng for assessment - great technician for diagnosis and work- outlined the work that was needed, set expectations and then exceeded them - scheduling team had to reschedule morning of- I asked if I could be first thing the next morning since I had to clear my schedule for the original date already and was assured I would be - I was unfortunately slated as 3rd job of day-
