Quick and easy process to get a service call / check setup. Communication was great regarding the tech arriving (picture & name).

Will was great to work with and he was quick to determine the issue my washing machine was having.

Will quickly found the issue and helped me get my washing machine back running (I installed a new control board but didnt program it). He also put back the washer together. Will was great, but I will say the service fee is a little higher than their competition. Forewarning if someone is on tight budget.

My refrigerator temp kept fluctuating up and down over a few days, so I thought I'd have it checked out. I used Mr Appliance previously, and I was very satisfied with the service. It was easy to get an appt for the next day. The technician was on time, courteous and diagnose the issue, gave me tips to keep the fridge functioning at its best all for a reasonable price.. Great service and I'll use them again.

Excellent communication throughout. On time for the initial appointment and the follow up. Very responsive to multiple emails about receipts and diagnosis documents we needed for our home warranty company after the fact. We would absolutely call this team again for any appliance repairs.
