Will from Mr Appliance was awesome! Our ice maker on our Samsung Refrigerator quit working. Will showed up during the time window and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and had it fixed within the week. I highly recommend Mr Appliance!

Broken wash machine. Will Fune came during the early part of the 2 hour window, and repair complete (replaced drain pump) in much less than an hour. Courteous and quick. Can't ask for better service than that. I don't know the price as I am a renter.

He ordered the part and it was to take several days to receive from Whirlpool. On the day he was to show up at 800, we didn’t hear from him so we called. He said, the part was faulty and he had to reorder, and it would take another week. So much for doing laundry!
