The sales executive Brian was knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process; from quote to follow-up after the installation. He delivered on his promise.The two large windows were installed when promised and look and function great. Installation team cleaned up after the installation. All around, a very positive experience. I would do business with this team again.

Modern Exterior showed up in my time of need after the storms in April. I had some siding damage and my roof needed to be repaired. I had a few contractors come out and soon realized they all just wanted to get money from me. Modern worked with my insurance and my budget listening to my concerns and addressing what needed to be done. Tyler was very professional and courteous while explaining the process to me and Chase their production was flawless with scheduling and communication and meeting deadlines.
