Modern Exterior Roofing

This is the second time we've used Modern Exterior Roofing. We have worked with Will as our salesperson both times and he has done an excellent, thorough job. We had our old skylights replaced with ones that included remote control shades. Love that feature! The roofing around the skylights had to be removed and replaced. We had a 10 year old, hard to match roof and Will went to great lengths to ensure that we were satisfied with the replacement roofing prior to installation. It matched perfectly. The workers on both jobs did a a great job. Highly recommend.

Modern exterior did a great job fixing a leak that was coming through our basement windows! After multiple companies coming out and not being able/willing to help, modern exterior went above and beyond to fix our problem and ensure it wouldn’t happen again. I would definitely recommend!

So far been a bad experience. A two day job has turned into a 6 day job. When im spending $30,000 on a roof i assume the company will act professionally. They have not. I asked about the rotten wood that holds the roof up. I was assured it would be replaced as it was included in the quote. Come home after being gone and the roof is installed, ontop of rotten supports and decking. Shingles were left untrimed, and a huge dumpster left in my driveway when they were done?
