Trudeau's Fence, A Mills Fence Company, did an amazing job. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process, except for installation day. 1- Bob did an excellent job explaining the whole process of the fence installation. We discussed several different solutions and came up with a solution that not only fit my budget but gave me more then I expected. 2- Estimate process was very easy and they answered all my questions when I had issues with the links - more of an operator error issue - not on them. 3- Approval of Contract. Super easy. They communicated through email and phone calls through this process. My schedule install date was set by me, over a month out. They were ready to start much earlier but again, I had schedule issue and they worked it out make it happen on my time line. 4- Installation was rather painless. The installers were very friendly, clean and explained when we had to adjust due to buried cable issues. The adjusted gates to my specifications, moved a gate to allow for access without having to remove my current flowerbed scheme and adjusted around my trees. They were awesome!!! The only issue I had was that we had weather issues on first day of installation and communication was not timely. I had to call them to find out when they would be starting. However, they apologize for not getting the information and were able to fix the communication issue from that point forward. 5- Final Billing was a breeze and came in under the original estimate. Overall, I am overjoyed with my purchase and I have already recommend them to a neighbor. Great Job 👏
