Our first contact/salesperson Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. Your quote was reasonable and you were agreeable to our requests. Very friendly workers who completed a large job in 1 1/2 days. Cleanup was impressive.

Wouldn't say we had a bad experience as much as the work being done lazily and without care. If you aren't getting a premium fence, id avoid them, as they take zero effort toward affordable fences. Very sloppy job, grounds for a refund on parts of my fence in my opinion. Posts not foundated, bottom of the fence not finished, unequal fencing in parts of the yard.... just a lot of cut corners.....

As A small business owner in a small rule area near Columbus. We thought we was upgrading our business by beginning to purchase from a larger supplier. We even switched from Mills in Cincinnati who very rarely did we ever have a problem with to now only getting our materials from Trudeau‘s in Columbus and every order is wrong. Every order has materials damaged or not at the quality that we are willing to give our customers when told a date that our materials will be ready. They are never ready on time. We have had employees of theirs damage our trailers while loading things. It is constant hell recently dealing with Trudeau’s so if you have the opportunity not to, I would suggest it because as business may be good in the beginning, it will not be a year down the road . They stop caring about their customer when they know that they’ve got you locked in. What is even worse is Trudeau‘s is a hub for Cincinnati Mills !!!!!
