Lon Smith is the ONLY people I let on my roof...PERIOD! They did a fantastic job in 2016, So when hailmageddon hit Southeast Fort Worth on 6/1/25 and destroyed my roof, I called Lon Smith first, my inurance company second. Lon Smith has lived up to their reputation both times I used them. Their prices are fair, staff are professional, and kept me informed every step of the way, and quality installatio! Alan was awesome in dealing with my insurance company; Jake was an awesome project manager and made sure the few very minor corrections were resolved promptly.Ashley kept me in informed throughout the process. I contacted this company on August 15th to request a roof inspection. I was told the inspector would be notified and that I would receive a call to schedule the appointment. By August 22nd—seven days later—I still had not heard from anyone, so I followed up with the office. The representative I spoke with said she saw nothing on her end but would pass my message along to the inspector, who would call me back.
Another week passed with no response. When I called again, I received the same explanation—that she would reach out to the inspector. When I expressed concern about repeatedly receiving the same answer without any follow-up, the represe...I contacted this company on August 15th to request a roof inspection. Another week passed with no response. When I called again, I received the same explanation—that she would reach out to the inspector. When I expressed concern about repeatedly receiving the same answer without any follow-up, the representative became rude and condescending, frequently interrupting me and responding dismissively with, “Like I said,” instead of allowing me to explain my concern.
This is unacceptable customer service. By the end of the call, I requested that the inspection be canceled. I will not work with a company that treats its customers this way and will take my business elsewhere for all of my commercial properties in the Fort Worth area.
