We had a wonderful experience with Mason. He checked out our sump pump and water softener and replaced our water heater. He was very polite and respectful and kept us informed along the way. No complaints at all — he did a great job! Nick was also here assisting, and he was great as well.

I had a kind of complicated issue and was due to leave town on a 10-day trip. They fixed my plumbing so that I could leave town without worrying about my basement flooding and came back to finish the job once I was back in town. All of the service techs were on the same page, very professional and amiable.

They were able to come out day of to inspect the issue and give me a quote. They fully explained the issues and gave me several options to solve the problem. They were clean, thorough and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!

They installed a Navien tankless hot water heater for me. It was an all day job. All employees were professional and took great pride in doing quality work and keep me updated throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service!

We had paid for delivery and hook for new washer and dryer. The guys that delivered said they couldn’t hook them up we needed a plumber and they had a friend that was a handyman that could come— we said we had a plumber we had used before- we called LD Smith and Jacob came - he was very knowledgeable about what we needed and gave us 2 choices for the fix. He completed the work and we completed the hook up. Would absolutely recommend Jacob for your next job
