My water heater started leaking Friday right before bed (of course). I called my go to Plumbing company and they came out Saturday afternoon-repair work quoted over $2000 and they couldn’t repair until Monday? Called LD Smith Saturday afternoon, they replaced water heater and I had hot water by 7 PM Saturday, That is Service, And the repair was just over $1000. This company is now my go to for any plumbing issue. Thank You!

We had paid for delivery and hook for new washer and dryer. The guys that delivered said they couldn’t hook them up we needed a plumber and they had a friend that was a handyman that could come— we said we had a plumber we had used before- we called LD Smith and Jacob came - he was very knowledgeable about what we needed and gave us 2 choices for the fix. He completed the work and we completed the hook up. Would absolutely recommend Jacob for your next job

I wasn't going to write a review but... You'll be spending an awful lot of money for very little. The only reason I went with them was because my regular, better plumber was unavailable. Paid $1300 for them to "adjust" the plumbing in my crawl with them telling me it might fix it it might not, in addition to that they tacked on $300 for snaking a drain which in my opinion should be included in "adjusting" the plumbing in the crawl, you know, like checking your work? Won't be using them ever again, thanks.
