Great company to work with. I needed a partial roof replacement. They worked with me within the bounds of what my insurance company would pay. They showed up when they said they would, and finished the work on the same day. They even went above and beyond, replacing a few missing shingles on other parts of the roof. They are very responsive by both phone and email. They made the process very easy.

My husband and I contacted Chris and Jaime when we had to file a claim for storm damage to our roof. They responded quickly and helped immensly with the insurance company in getting our roof replaced. Their crew was very friendly, professional and did a great job protecting our flower beds and windows. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing! The experience was great from beginning to end! The best part is our roof is beautiful, I love the new shingle color, Jaime did an excellent job helping me pick the color that would look best!

James Russell Roofing did an outstanding job on our 3100 sq ft house. They responded within 2-3 days to look at the roof and gave us an estimate quickly. Once we selected the shingles they delivered and began work the week following. It’s hard to find a timeline like that in today’s world.
