We were very pleased with the entire process from the initial quote which two were provided with a complete breakdown for each to the completed project. Jamie kept us posted throughout the job. Will definitely use them again for a rental property in the near future.

November 13, 2025 James Russell Roofing put our original roof on and we decided due to whirly birds not working anymore; to change to a better opinion of a ridge vent for better air flow! Also to save on utilities! We had satellite dishes to remove too. Their outstanding crew did work and discussed with my husband! They worked as a true team and got it done fairly quickly! The workmanship is awesome! It was done according to scope of work we paid for! They also matched our roof color perfectly to what we have! They did great job cleaning up outside too. Jamie & Chris was very professional, courteous, & went beyond to make sure all was done correctly. The original was done extremely well and now it all looks, so much cleaner with ridge vent. Thank you so much to each one including the crew for outstanding job! We truly appreciate Your hard work and care for our home! James Russell Roofing did a fantastic job installing a new roof on my office building in Arlington. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They completed the project on time, kept the site clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The new roof looks great and has already held up well through several storms. I had a tree branch go through my roof during the last few storms. James Russell Roofing was able to come out and provide an estimate within a day. Once I was ready for repair they were out within the week. They even hunted down the dicontinued shingles and asked if I wanted to buy an extra pack for any needs down the road. The communication had been excellent.

The experience was more stressful than I expected. The project didn’t start on time, and there were several delays along the way. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication made it worse. When the roof was finally completed, it didn’t look as neat as I had hoped. There were visible inconsistencies, which made me question the overall quality of the work
