This year, we had an unusually heavy amount of snow, which caused a serious leak in our master bedroom. The situation was urgent, so I had to act quickly. I received estimates from several companies. Some of them quoted unbelievably high prices, and a few even used intimidating language, suggesting that if I didn’t choose them, the leak could happen again. It made the decision quite stressful. Denis and ID roof replaced a flat rubber roof on my JP triple decker with a White PVC roof. From communication to completion everything was excellent with Denis. I had three well regarded companies come out and Denis‘s price was the most competitive. I had great communication by phone call and text message nearly every day while they were working on the job. I was especially impressed with the drone photos and videos before and after so that I did not have to go up onto the roof to inspect the work when there was an unexpected issue with the Wood decking. Once they remove the old roof Denis was quick to propose a solution and keep things on track. As the manager of Arborview Realty, I would not hesitate to recommend ID Roofing to our clients in the future everything Denis said he would do. He did including permits and a paid receipt at the end. Great work.

As The team came in they were very communicative and responsive; they provided assessments of issues and best approach as needed. They worked hard and completed the project quickly and efficiently. We received pictures of the work and video, they removed all debris and were respectful of neighbor's and property; it's tight quarters in the city! Town Inspection was passed and work completed without issue. Very pleased with the results, never looked better with new bright flat roof and skylight and best of all...no leaks thereafter with the rainstorms this summer!

I called ID Flat Roof in Boston for a rubber roof leak. Denis quickly assessed the situation and identified the problem was just with the ventilation pipe, not the entire roof. He recommended replacing the pipe and adding an elbow cap to solve the issue. We received a free quote, and it turned out that our roof was fine. Denis took a video of our problem (it was a siding issue), and helped us find a contractor to call. Absolutely amazing service. I’m only going back to them if I really do need something roofing related.

We own a 24 unit apartment building for around 20 years. Roof was done 18 years ago and it was an ongoing struggle, new leak almost every month. Ordered to do a new roof to ID Flat Roof Company. Thirteen years ago, Denis and his crew replaced our old flat roof and a portion of a sloped roof with a white PVC roof. The work was very difficult. They had to lift a heavy machine up on the roof to cut through 4 or 5 layers of roofing—EPDM membrane, copper, tar, gravel, etc. I remember a one-foot square of the old roof in the dumpster weighing about 20 pounds. They also stripped old slate roofing from a portion of the adjacent sloped roof.  Denis was very good at getting copper drip edge to match the existing on our historic home. The PVC roofing was put down with welded seams and vent pipes were all capped and caulked.  The work was difficult, but the result was flawless.  Fast forward to today, my wife noticed a small leak in our bedroom below the area with the flat roof.  I called Denis, and he assured me that the roof has a lifetime warranty, and he immediately came out to my house to inspect the roof.  I went up with Denis on to the roof and he checked all the seams which showed no delamination.  The caulking on the vent caps was still in perfect shape.  He had a rag and wiped down portions of the PVC trying to find a hole.  The roof looked like it was in perfect shape after 13 years, and I was worried that this was going to be one of those issues that was going to be hard to diagnose. We spent a few minutes more chatting up on the roof and right when we were about to give up, he wipes down a small section and finds a hole which was smaller than a pencil eraser. I was never so happy to find a hole in my roof. Recently, we had a tree removed next to our house, and we both thought they may have dropped a branch that punctured the roof. He immediately patched the roof, and now we can embark on another 13 years with a worry-free roof over our heads. Thanks Denis! Mark Brookline, MA
