Like many older buildings in Brookline, ours had a heat-absorbent black EPDM rubber roof that was prone to issues. Denis and his team removed the rubber roof and an old wooden floating deck that was decaying on top. After replacing the insulation underneath the roof, they redid the entire surface with a white reflective IB PVC membrane — and then created a new non-floating deck comprised of walkable IB DeckShield plus composite railings. The resulting roof deck is an amazing outdoor space! Three years later and no need to worry about leaks, summer heat absorption, or high-maintenance wooden decking. Highly recommend Denis if you are looking to upgrade your flat roof or update your roof deck!

We had Denis and his team replace our Charlestown flat roof and roof deck, and they did a fantastic job. Our building was built in the 1800’s and we had been having a number of issues with leaks that whose sources were nearly impossible to find… Denis and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the roof and roof deck were properly replaced and no leaks remained. Would absolutely recommend!

I found this business thinking it was local to the Southend Boston. It is not...just the telephone number is. Dennis Tchernov came to look at my problem (he certainly didn't come prepared to fix it on the spot). He looked at it for a while, then said he would send me Quotes for some Options. That was three weeks ago. I have yet to hear from him. I ended up getting another Roofer to come and he returned to fix the problems. Dennis was useless and had he given me some Quotes, I am sure they would have been high. The Repair cost $250.00. Please, do not consider this company as a legitimate Southend Company or one that will fix the problem on the spot as it claims. Dennis is not to be trusted.
