I was having issues with my Rinnai tankless water heater was vibrating, I first called Blue Frog who charged me a very expensive diagnostic fee and quoted me an $800 repair, telling me I needed major parts replaced. They also delayed the repair after taking my deposit. I decided to get a second opinion and called Hot Water Guys. Sam came out the same day, was professional, honest, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the real issue and fixed it the same day without unnecessary repairs. Sam saved me a lot of money and stress. The service was fast, professional, and trustworthy. If you have any tankless water heater issues, especially Rinnai, I highly recommend Hot Water Guys and ask for Sam!

Not flushed properly/thoroughly. Took 30 mins. Was trying to ask questions & see things for myself, but technician didn’t make much conversation or seem to care to show or explain what was being done.. in all, Wasted money, time & had to hire someone else. Highly upset!
