Not flushed properly/thoroughly. Took 30 mins. Was trying to ask questions & see things for myself, but technician didn’t make much conversation or seem to care to show or explain what was being done.. in all, Wasted money, time & had to hire someone else. Highly upset!

I was having issues with my Rinnai tankless water heater was vibrating, I first called Blue Frog who charged me a very expensive diagnostic fee and quoted me an $800 repair, telling me I needed major parts replaced. They also delayed the repair after taking my deposit. I decided to get a second opinion and called Hot Water Guys.
