THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I had my fence installed over 10 years ago. It is still in great shape. Whenever I have any issues, they quickly respond. The family oriented company is amazing and they do everything to meet your requests. I am very hard to please, but I have truly been pleased with the dependability, thoroughness, workmanship, price, beauty and the look of my fence. Called and asked for quote and they came out within 2 weeks. Mailed quote. Fence looks great! Never an issue. Have used them at my business as well.

I have to say I call and someone answers or call me back I'm always working and couldn't be home he had no problem working with me I would leave fence open so he could work I got home fence was done and in 2017 nobody called me to get paid who does that now a days I called him to pay and he said not to worry to drop money in mailbox so I give him so many stars if I could thanks Hercules fence I love you old school business amazing it still exist

Wow!! Read the reviews and have to say I had a completely different experience!!! Robert always answered the phone, was very kind, got me a quote in one hour. Now granted he doesn't do email but I don't think that qualifies the remarks given about that. The fence looks great, professional installed. Bradley answered all my annoying questions and had no problems with them at all!! I hope the reviews posted don't reflect too bad on them because I truly WOULD recommend them and had a pleasant experience.

Fence looks good, but haul off of old fence was an issue. After the work was completed, company requested additional money to take the old fence away. The final product is sturdy and looks good.

Asked for estimate to repair fence last week. No response yet.

This is the definition a an unethical/unprofessional business. They told me that the fence would take a few days to finish the fence and it took 6 weeks with them working on it 1 day a week. There was a 1-1.5 feet when they told my wife they were finished, and I had to call them to let them know that this was unacceptable. The management apologized and told me that this was far from the first time this has happened. They didn't show up for 2 weeks because they apparently ran out of wood. But they didn't let me know that, I had to call them to find out when they were coming back. And they also have a 1 year warranty on their fence, our fence is 10 months old has some major warping. When I called 2 weeks ago, they said the would come out in a couple of days to look at it, but didn't know what I wanted them to do about it. I said I would like it fixed since it is under warranty. It has been 2 weeks and they have not been out here. I have called them back twice. They claim to have been in business for over 30 years. I find that very hard to believe. Do not trust this company!
