Hercules Fence Company

I’m thrilled that others have had good experiences with this company, but mine has been less than exciting. I’ve called on more than one occasion to remind the gentleman who answers the phone that he said he would give me a quote. Never got the formal quote. Then he tries to give it over the phone.. I don’t know the specifics of fence building, hence the reason I’m attempting to employ a company who does! If this is how he conducts business via telephone, I’d be leary if actually hiring this company! I’ll choose another company to do the work I need done. Thank you for the headache!!

Worse company every, took 6 months for a 100' of fence and a gate. Gate still is not as on proposal and trying to collect for work not properly done.

Horrible customer service! They do not use email to send quotes, I have had to ask numerous times to have quotes faxed to me. After being told they would send the quote right then, I would have to call back and ask again and still not receive the quote. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with these types of practices. I asked if this was going to be how the work was done too and the guy stated "Call the better business bureau and ask them".
