We had an automatic slide gate installed by Hancock. Dutch and his crew were professional, well-skilled and efficient. They did great work and we could not be happier with the slide gate and how it transformed our backyard. Even more outstanding than their workmanship is the unbelievable customer service that Dutch provides. With a new slide gate, which we’ve never had previously, we had several operational questions after installation. Anytime and every time we had any questions, Dutch has always been very helpful and quick to respond. These guys are the real deal and if you’re looking for a great fence company look no further than Hancock Fence. Additional feedback to my initial post: The post-installation customer service is remarkable and sadly absent from most companies these days but not with Hancock Fence. Dutch stands behind every installation. He does what he says, period. He is a local owned family business that you can trust. He takes exceptional care of his customers even after the initial install. This is a company you can trust.

Hancock recently removed an old rotted fence and replaced it with a really nice board on board fence on one side of my home. I had them add cedar enclosures to cover the steel posts which are finished nicely and were reasonably priced. Hancock is very efficient and reliable. This is the second time I have used Hancock. The original fence on the other side of my home is identical to the new fence and is still standing in great shape 13 years after it was installed. Hancock gates are amazing. 13 years later the original gate is still working exactly as it did upon installation and has required no adjustments. If you want a great fence provided by people who do what they say when they said they would, give Hancock a shot. I worked with Tony and he was very easy to work with.

Just had my old fence replaced by Hancock Fence & Fabrication. First off, I sent out requests for estimates to 5 different local fence companies. The estimate I received from Hancock was the most thorough and provided clear detail to what they would be providing for the estimate. Most of the estimates I received were very close in pricing, but Hancock appeared to be the more professional and of higher quality. Tyler Hancock came out to my house personally to verify measurements and discuss the estimate. After looking at my fence he actually reduced my estimate slightly. Tyler scheduled the build for Saturday and indicated it would take a day and a half to two days. The crew went right to work at 8 AM and had the majority of the fence installed before 5 PM. They returned on Sunday morning and finished up about 1:00. The fence is beyond what I expected. It is built so well, and the crew was fantastic. These guys are true craftsmen. One part of the build you get with Hancock Fence that you will not get with anyone else is their custom gate system. I have never seen anything like it. It is a metal frame that hinges off of the steel posts. The gate opens and closes like a highly engineered piece of equipment. Needless to say, I am more that satisfied with Tyler and his crew and the awesome fence they constructed for me. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to everyone.
