Hancock Fence & Fabrication

I don't write many reviews, but am taking the time to compliment the excellent customer service offered by Hancock Fence in addition to the superior quality fence installation. The gate construction is truly solid work. We had three constructed on our small property and Hancock did an great job. Months after the completion of the work, a different contractor knocked a piece off of one gate. Hancock worked with me quickly and kindly to repair this piece. Customer service that goes above and beyond should be recognized!

I am a stubborn DIY guy, but decided to have my jimmy rigged old fence professionally replaced. It was a bit more of a project than what my back might survive. Tyler worked with me to figure out the desired layout, I went with an 8ft board on board. There was no pressure or anything though, they work with you to design what you want. His team spent 4 days replacing my 240 feet of crooked mess and the results were amazing! I honestly could not have built the same quality fence, I just didn't know as much as the pros. All the fasteners, clamps, posts and gate frames are top notch quality. Also they used American steel and products! It's definitely the best fence in the neighborhood, probably the City!

We needed our fence repaired from another company's work. Tyler was great! Very responsive and helpful. The guys came out and had the work done in half a day. Very happy with results.

Quality of the fence is good, All-O-Matic gate controller has been a mixed bag. After sale services and communications are poor and even become increasingly rude and non-responsive ever since the other brother inserted himself and took over customer service support. One of their workers accidentally cut my internet cable so I couldn't work for a couple of days. The company seems to only want to make the sale and build the fence, but not interested in providing long-term after-sale service. I would not recommend Hancock for this reason. Update: Dutch came out and personally serviced the machine, sold us some rodent traps and great information for ongoing maintenance. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and provided comfort that this is a manageable issue. Much of what we discussed in email exchanges were also clarified and answered in this face to face visit. I am therefore raising up the rating as I am gaining some confidence again in their professionalism and customer service. I am more comfortable now to continue recommending Hancock for everything related to fence.

Got an estimate, decided to go with them, then they decided they didn’t want to work in Dallas anymore. Cancelled the estimate and refused to recommend anyone else.
