We have used Genteel Plumbers more than once and they have been absolutely stellar! They are now our go-to plumber.

Quick appointment scheduling, got a heads up on arrival time, explained everything clearly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Payment was also easy with Apple Pay.

Genteel has always been responsive and easy to work with whenever we've needed them (3 times over the past ~5 years, completely different things). We've had Edgar for the past two visits and he explained our options well, then did a prompt and professional job, and left things clean when he finished.
