Cristian and Jose replaced our tankless water heater and did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly and were extremely kind, polite, and professional during the installation. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty and we would definitely use their services again!

Highly recommend! I’ve worked with Connor and Flow Masters on two plumbing issues and have been impressed both times. Thoughtful, strategic and easy to work with - and finds solutions that ended up working well. Excellent customer service. More recently, Fernando came and solved my dishwasher/plumbing issue and saved me from what I thought was a need to buy a new dishwasher (turns out it was a simple maintenance issue and the dishwasher works like new). Honest, efficient, and incredible all around. 12/10, no notes.

Cristian was very prompt. He arrived early and gave me an estimate within an hoir. He was knowledgeable and thorough.

Contacted Flow Masters over the weekend and received an immediate response with an offer to schedule an appointment for the next day (and a Holiday at that). They came, they saw and they offered three options to fix our old heating system.

Technicians were knowledgable and efficient. Work was completed in the time frame given. Also very professional and courteous.
