Technicians were knowledgable and efficient. Work was completed in the time frame given. Also very professional and courteous.

The tech seemed confused on how to handle the job (said they mainly do small repairs). On his way out he drove over my lavendar bush (it survived). Never followed up with an actual quote despite promising one soon. Big waste of my time. Would not recommend for complex jobs or generally due to lack of professionalism.

Contacted Flow Masters over the weekend and received an immediate response with an offer to schedule an appointment for the next day (and a Holiday at that). They came, they saw and they offered three options to fix our old heating system.

Cristian was very prompt. He arrived early and gave me an estimate within an hoir. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
