We had the charging port repaired on an iPad pro. After the repair the screen had wavy shadows and they said sorry they warned us (which they didn't) but they wouldn't replace the screen unless we paid another $300. We will never return to this place. Be warned!
They were extremely kind and helpful, making sure to give clear instructions and setting expectations so I could plan for the time I wouldn't have my phone.
