Avoid like the plague. These people said they were going to charge 59 to check my washer. Came by and said it may be a plumbing issue. Wanted to charge me 500-800 to replace a valve. Asked for details and they said they couldn't give me any. Then they wanted to charge double the service call fee because they looked at the plumbing. Not only did they fix nothing, they couldn't be bothered to put the washing machine back together and left water in it after they disassembled some of it. Left things worse than they found them. Worst experience ever

Let me start by saying that I don't like giving negative reviews, but I'm disappointed and unhappy with the service from Easy Fix Solutions. I needed refrigerator repair. Two guys named Bob came out to my house and said that I needed a new computer board. I gave them half down with the agreement to pay the balance in 2-3 days when the part was supposed to come in. Let me stop here and say that Bob was very nice. They were late to the appointment without calling to alert me. When I called him, he was very apologetic and gave me his ETA. They came out, changed the board and two days later, the refrigerator isn't working again. Before he left, Bob said that he will follow-up within a couple of days. We'll, he didn't and I called him. He made another appointment to come out and look at the fridge, and again, no call, no show. I called him and he said that he was busy and wouldn't be able to make it over. By the way, this was on a Friday. He asked if he could come on Saturday. I already had plans because I was expecting him on Friday. Mind you, I have no food in my refrigerator or freezer. Since Bob couldn't make it on Friday, he sent someone else. He came and I love that he wore plastic booties, except that he had them on outside and walked into the house with them on. Anyway, he looks at the fridge and said that I need a thermostat and he would bring it on Monday. We'll, it's 9:07p.m. on Monday and I have yet to have a thermostat installed in my refrigerator. I also have not heard from Bob or anyone else at Easy Fix Solutions. I have called and left messages as well as sent text messages, no response. However, I do still have a broken refrigerator that I paid to have repaired.

Do not use this company under any circumstance. They assured me they could repair my 13,000 dollar stove. The technician first came to my home and removed a hinge from my oven door to find a matching part. Two weeks later, they returned with the wrong part. A week after that, they came back again claiming they had the correct part. After installation, my oven door did not close properly and sat at an angle. I was told this was normal, which I knew was not true. I was reassured it was fine and that they would help if any issues came up. Three weeks later, when I used the oven for the first time, the door fell completely to the floor. I had another professional inspect it and was told that knockoff or fake parts were used and that the technician clearly did not know what they were doing. The repair was done incorrectly and unsafely. I contacted the owner to try to resolve the issue. There was no response. I reached out again to both the owner and the technician. They did not care. They charged 800 dollars, used fake parts, and did not complete the job properly. I am reporting this company to all appropriate bureaus and will make sure this does not get ignored. Stay far away from this company. Unsafe work, poor ethics, and zero accountability.

Avoid them like the plague! They are incompetent! We called them to repair a microwave door that wasn’t functioning properly. Over the course of two tries to repair it, they ended up blowing several of the microwave’s fuses and switches and breaking the control board. Somehow, they got it working one time (and charged us $220), only for it to break a couple of days later! This time, the microwave’s heating element just stopped working entirely! This is after we had called them about the door (the heating element was working at the time)! We contacted them a third time to give them one more chance to fix it, only for no one to respond. We gave up and hired another company (Astera Appliance Repair) to fix it, who fixed it promptly and at a lower cost. It turns out Easy fix had just stuck electrical tape by the door opening mechanism instead of actually fixing it! Do not give them your business! They will take your money, lots of your time, and not even know how to fix your problem!

They called me to tell me a price for fixing the dishwasher and I thought it's too expensive so l asked if we can buy a new one. Then someone else called me and said they already fixed it but I never authorized them to fix it since | didn't get the quote yet. They basically scammed me by making me pay it later. They said they can undo the fix and put it back the way it was but still have to pay the $60 visit fee. Overall horrible communication
