I had Bob and Argo helped us with our double wall oven, we had to have a new mother board for upper and lower oven, they are very kind and professional, felt very comfortable working th them and my service

Billy delivered great service to repair my oven! He removed the old part, installed the new part, and even cleaned the stove door and behind the stove. There was a drawer full of plastic bags that wouldn’t close, nearest to the stove, and he cleared that too. He was quick, professional, and walked me through the entire process, providing tips for optimal usage in the future. Great service and reasonable rates. Thank YOU!
They called me to tell me a price for fixing the dishwasher and I thought it's too expensive so l asked if we can buy a new one. Then someone else called me and said they already fixed it but I never authorized them to fix it since | didn't get the quote yet. They basically scammed me by making me pay it later. They said they can undo the fix and put it back the way it was but still have to pay the $60 visit fee. Overall horrible communication

Avoid them like the plague! They are incompetent! We called them to repair a microwave door that wasn’t functioning properly. Over the course of two tries to repair it, they ended up blowing several of the microwave’s fuses and switches and breaking the control board. Somehow, they got it working one time (and charged us $220), only for it to break a couple of days later! This time, the microwave’s heating element just stopped working entirely! This is after we had called them about the door (the heating element was working at the time)! We contacted them a third time to give them one more chance to fix it, only for no one to respond. We gav... Avoid them like the plague! They are incompetent! We called them to repair a microwave door that wasn’t functioning properly. We gave up and hired another company (Astera Appliance Repair) to fix it, who fixed it promptly and at a lower cost. It turns out Easy fix had just stuck electrical tape by the door opening mechanism instead of actually fixing it! Do not give them your business! They will take your money, lots of your time, and not even know how to fix your problem!
