After breaking down their invoice the hourly charges for replacement of two outdoor spigots came to $369.14. Totally outrageous! Plus, they have refused to talk to me even after two letters, one of which was directed to their controller. They must like to alienate customers. Raised to 4 today as finally someone called and talked with me. If there is a problem with services, invoicing ect. ask for Brad.
