Booking my job was so easy! The lady was professional and calm and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained the process to me! Great system.

After breaking down their invoice the hourly charges for replacement of two outdoor spigots came to $369.14. Totally outrageous! Plus, they have refused to talk to me even after two letters, one of which was directed to their controller. They must like to alienate customers. Raised to 4 today as finally someone called and talked with me. If there is a problem with services, invoicing ect. ask for Brad.

As a first time customer, my initial review is 5 stars based on my booking experience alone. Michelle was compassionate, professional, thorough, listened extremely well, & explained the service mindset of the company and inspired confidence in the company and journeyman plumber I’m scheduled with Monday.

AC repair the technician fixed our leaking ac unit!

Explained the diagnosis, came up with an action plan with prices for each component. Easy to work with. We still have two days of project work ahead. So far so good.

Corey Green with D&F plumbing is a real gem! We had Air conditioning service done on our house, our son’s place and next the grandparent’s house! We chatted a bit and he’s wise and kind. He recommended a twice annual visit for heater and AirCo servicing. We have signed everybody up for this! (There was a great discount). I 100% recommend D&F and Corey! Update: Jay with scheduling was THE BEST getting us a first available appointment! Such amazing people!
