Ronny did an excellent job replacing a water heater and installing a water softener. It was not an easy job and required additional overtime. I appreciated Ronny's professional and expertise approach.

Josh was great to work with. He explained everything that he would be doing and commented what he found after the HVAC inspection.

I was able to have a service person come exactly when I wanted. Joseph was very nice and was fine with my dogs too. He figured out the problem quickly and had my AC pumping out cold air again in a reasonable period of time (some things just take time to do). He didn't try to upsell me anything like many of these guys do and didn't leave a mess. I am pleased with the experience.

LARRY is both old school and new school all rolled up into one all-around handy dandy guy! His questions and answers were spot on, he treated me like I should be treated (as a customer), and it was great that he showed me what he did differently so I would know what to look for (and possibly do) in case it happens again. Franklin did a great job not only picking out my new shower handle/valve, but installed it close to what he said it would take. Now I have a functional guest bathroom shower!

Reminded me that I have a home warranty policy that I purchased when I bought the house last year. Phillip told me that if my policy did not cover the repairs, Daniel's could provide the service w/ a 6-month, 0% payment plan.

Pro: Technician was super nice. Cons: SUPER expensive and AI scheduling still won't tell a human to call me back. My neighbor suggested these guys a few weeks ago to assist with a clogged bathroom drain and an HVAC diagnosis. When I reached out via the website I immediately got text messages from two different AI bots. Both of them scheduled the drain issue but neither could schedule the HVAC diagnosis. When the tech arrived he was super friendly. He gave me a quote for $580 to clear the drain, so I assumed it was really bad. However, he was done in 15 minutes with a drain auger and water bucket. I reached out two more times asking someone to email about the HVAC issue, but I only get AI responses.
