I received a text indicating I set up a service, which I never requested, an email providing an AC "report card", from someone who was never here (I was all day), and now I'm asked to rate a person who I don't know, who did not call, and even if not requested...did not show up? Even one star is too generous for this circus. Beginning to think scam???
