I do not recommend this company at all! My experience with this company has been a nightmare. I have had my home warranty for about 10 years and I have never had a bad experience with the company or technician until they sent Call Us Plumbing to my house. Last Tuesday they sent technician Chase out to fix a leak in my shower. He fixed the leak but said he would need to come back on Thursday to put the screw in the handle. Thursday morning passes by don't hear anything. I reach out to the company they said they will have Chase reach out to me. He never call or shows up. Friday I reach out to the company asking please can someone come finish the job and put a screw back in the handle of the shower so it doesn't keep fall off. They said they would have Chase call me ASAP. I hear nothing until late Friday. Chase calls and says sorry I got stuck at a job these last two days. I will come Monday and finish the job. Well it's Monday at 8 pm and no Chase and no fix. So disappointed that a company would do this. I told my husband to go see if he could figure out what screw it would need. Husband looks and says the screw is there it's just jammed in there and stripped the technician must have stripped it and it's stuck. So why couldn't technician Chase just say that and offer to put a new handle on the shower and fix it? Totally unprofessional. Please don't be like me and use this company. Now I am having to find a new shower handle and pay for it myself even though I paid this company to fix the problem but they gave me more problems as they have ghosted me and did not finishing the job.
