I do not recommend this company at all! My experience with this company has been a nightmare. I have had my home warranty for about 10 years and I have never had a bad experience with the company or technician until they sent Call Us Plumbing to my house. Last Tuesday they sent technician Chase out to fix a leak in my shower. He fixed the leak but said he would need to come back on Thursday to put the screw in the handle. Thursday morning passes by don't hear anything. I reach out to the company they said they will have Chase reach out to me. He never call or shows up. We used call us plumbing through our home warranty company for a water heater that needs to be replaced. They were responsive, it took about a week for the water heater to come in and get installed, but they did keep us updated whenever we called to hear the status. The plumber was very professional And got the job done.
